Agregar y Arrastrar como en Tiempo de Diseño?

¿ahora como puedo cambiarle el tamaño?

Si te vale hacerlo mediante teclado es bastante sencillo; Ésto te puede servir de guía (evento OnKeyDown del Edit):

Utiliza el CTRL + las flechas para modificar el tamaño.
