firebird y IBexpert

tengo un problema registro mis base de datos y todo marcha bien y al momento de quererlas abrirla o conectarla me sale este error
"unsuccessful execution caused by an unavailable resoerce. unavailable database" antes cuando me salia ese error solamente me iba a panel control
y le de daba en firebird y lo corria.. pero ahora no me funciona..
