Hola muchachos.
Aqui les dejo algo que pude averiguar sobre CAPI.
CAPI es una convención para estandarizar la parte de telecomunicaciones en ISDN.

Hay gente que desarrolla soft bajo esta "norma" intimamente relacionado con Delphi. Su Home Page explica a que se orientan y aquí se puede descargar los drivers correspondientes, pero creo son Trial a 30 días.

Un poco más de teoria que encontré...

CAPI has been chosen as the basic API because it offers the most complete set of features. Futhermore, CAPI has been introduced and accepted as standard ISDN API
defined within the ETS 300 325
and is operating system independent
a vendor-independent standard
used by almost all professional communications applications
All other APIs are emulations based on CAPI as shown below:
