Instalar Delphi 7

Soy un usuario nuevo en Delphi (tengo la edicion Enterprise 7), al momento de instalarlo me sale este mensaje:

He leído el archivo INSTALL.RTF que me indica que para preservar el AEDebug exporte la clave de registro "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\
Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AEDebug\Debugger" para luego restarurar esta clave.
¿Qué sentido tiene que cambie el valor de esta clave de registro (drwtsn - el doctor watson-) y luego restaurarla. ¿Afectará en algo a mi sistema?

solo lo que va a pasa que en lugar de salir el doctor cuando falle algo te va a salir el debug que trae delphi y es mucho mejor mucho pero mucho mejor..

¿Al reemplazar drwtsn32.exe puede verse afectado el funcionamiento del sistema operativo? ¿En qué sistema operativo instalaste Delphi 7?
