Se me ocurre esto, a ver si te sirve.
En un formulario aparte colocas un TQuickReport y un TQRImage1 con AutoSize = true. Cuando quieras ver el "Preview" del primer formulario cargas la imagen en el QRImage y muestras el segundo formulario: Código:
Form2.QRImage1.Picture.Bitmap := GetFormImage; Form2.QRImage1.Show;
