exception al imprimir

Hola a todos,
Tengo una aplicación en delphi version 4.0 la cual funcionaba perfectmante en windows 98, pero la instale en una máquina que tiene windows 2000 y funciona todo muy bien excepto los reportes, cuando ejecuto un reporte me sale el ste error:
Exception EaccessViolation in module recibos.exe at FFFFF024
Access Violation at adress 00000024. read Of adress 00000024.
En windows XP tambien me pasa lo mismo.
Que debo hacer para solucionar esto.

Debieras decir con que haces los informes a fin de saber por qué puede ocurrir ese error, si es QuickReport, puedes acudir a la página de Qusoft, en donde se explica como solucionar algunos problemas con Windows 2000 en especial y también en XP.

There are 3 pitfalls if you're coming from Win9X -
The temp environment variables are too long ( 32 bytes is the limit pre QR3.5)
Solution : create a new temp directory that has a short path and set up a new %TEMP%

The user does not have access permissions to make temp files.
Solution : create a new temp directory and set up a new %TEMP%

There is no printer installed.
Solution : Install a printer
"unit xxxx was compiled with a different version of unit yyyy"
If you get such a message when compiling - the solution is to add the paths to the source directories to your project path. The files will then all be compiled together.
