Cómo saber si un .OCX está instalado

Hola,

Mi aplicación utiliza drivers OCX OLE POS.

La aplicación debería instalar un .OCX pero necesito que eso se haga sólo cuando el OCX no haya sido ya registrado anteriormente.

¿Cómo puedo saber si en el ordenador en el que corre mi aplicación ya está instalado un OCX e instalñarlo en caso negativo ?
