Error al iniciar Delphi 7
 

Al iniciar Delphi 7 presenta este mensaje:

DELPHI_70_STUB: delphi32.exe - Unable To Locate Component

This application has failed to start because ILDA32.DLL was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

Luego termina de arrancar bien y pareciera que no hay problemas.

Esto sucedio despues de instalar y desinstalar CodeRush Pro 7.04d.

Cualquier ayuda con relacion a este problema sera muy apreciada. Gracias de antemano
