lo puede hacer con winexec(c:\help.hlp);
o bien puedes usa el shellexecute(c:\help.hlp)
para usar esta ultima opcion deberes agregar al uses ShellAPI
HINSTANCE ShellExecute(
HWND hwnd,
LPCTSTR lpOperation,
LPCTSTR lpFile,
LPCTSTR lpParameters,
LPCTSTR lpDirectory,
INT nShowCmd
);
Para usar shellExecute te aconsejo que mires en la ayuda ya que tiene varias cosas interesantes....
