My experience was similar to James from Hawaii (unwanted subscription, unable to cancel promptly), only the charges were almost $20 and it was very hard for me to speak to someone. I finally found this website (complete with a phone number), which enabled me to speak with someone:

I was able to get the subscription cancelled, but they did not confirm if the charges would be removed from my account or not. If they do unfairly charge me, I will be sure to add another post to this site. Stay away from FLYCELL.COM!
