Problemas para crear botones

hola amigos soy nuevo en el foro...queria que me ayuden estoy haciendo una y estoy creando unos botones con tpanel para darle efectos o existe otra forma mejor y dentro del tpanel le estoy poniendo una imagen, pero el problema es que esas iamgenes parpadean mucho cuandoe esta en otra parte el cursos.......gracias de antemano....su amigo....de peru..

Que compruebes si el estado de la propiedad DoubleBuffered es "true", porque el problema puede ser ese.
